Sometimes, when I have a problem, all I do is take a few steps back to make it smaller. It becomes a speck in my horizon of peace and calm. It becomes a piece in a puzzle that completes a beautiful picture. It becomes a krill, and I’m a whale that would eat it whole. — haha what?
I guess all I’m saying is that, life’s too short to take all things seriously. Studies have shown too much exposure to stress can alter your brain functions and make you predisposed to major depression disorder. So when you can, and I’m so sure you can, keep up with your stress. Be happier, be funnier, be more adorable, be contemplative and prayerful — these are the very things that will drive your stress away. — shoo stress!
